Seems like all the rakshas and asuras are very much alive and kicking in the name of the Police in Tamil Nadu. To beat a sannyasi to rob a sannyasi you have to be an incredibly fallen creature. There is no justification for this behavior, such atrocious behavior by the very people who are supposed to uphold justice. Disgusting is a decent word to use for this behavior.
